Conjunctivitis, also known as pink eye, is inflammation and redness of the conjunctiva (outermost layer of the eye and the inner surface of eyelids). It is usually caused by an allergic reaction or viral or bacterial infection. Some of the most common symptoms of conjunctivitis are redness of the eyes, blurred vision, eye pain, scratchy feeling in the eye, and/or sensitivity to light.

Asthma is a chronic inflammation of the lungs that causes swelling and constriction of the airways which results in difficulty of breathing. Some triggering factors are allergens(dust,mold, pollen, etc.) or rapid temperature changes, which can be avoided to prevent an attack.
