Antiphospholid Syndrome is an immune system disorder where excessive blood clotting in both arteries and veins, including pregnancy related complications(miscarriage, stillbirth, preterm delivery, or severe preeclampsia). Signs and symptoms of antiphospholid syndrome are deep vein blood clots, usually on the legs, and stroke. Treatment is directed towards thinning the blood to prevent blood clots.

Ankylosing Spondylitis is a type of chronic inflammation of the spine and sacroiliac joints(low back where the bone directly above the tailbone meets the bones on either side of the upper buttocks). Some symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis are pain and stiffness in and around the spine area, and fatigue. There is no cure for this autoimmune disease but only treatments, such as physical therapy and exercise, and medications that can reduce the symptoms.
