Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a condition where the median nerve is compressed at the wrist. Symptoms include numbness and tingling of the hand, burning sensation, and/or cramping in the hand. Shooting pains can also be felt in the forearm occasionally. Treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome depends on the severity of the case.
