Also known as “pink eye”, Allergic Conjunctivitis is the inflammation of the conjunctiva due to allergy. The conjunctiva is a clear thin membrane that covers your eyeball and inside of the eyelids. Irritation of this covering may cause redness and swelling. Itchiness, pain, or watering of the eyes are common symptoms. The most common cause is hay fever.
